The C4C philosophy of facilitating change ensures that the Programme does not implement projects directly. For this we depend on our coalition partners who utilise technical assistance - (human resource with the vital knowledge needed to deliver the change we seek. This is procured through an equitable and transparent process.
Consequently, C4C is re - advertising for individuals and organisations with the requisite skills and experience in working with government, civil society, the media and the private sector to apply for registration as resources that can be procured on a needs basis across in various areas of competencies including; Public policy, Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation Communication, Strategy, Writing, Gender & Women’s Human Rights, Research & Documentation, Auxiliary Services (printing, design, supplies), etc.

Individuals & organisations that have previously registered and obtained registration codes need not re apply, as their status remain valid.
The C4C database is shared with other development programmes that may require C4C’s intervention in identifying human resource.
